Shipping & Delivery
We provide Express Delivery on all software and on all peripherals. Your order should arrive within 1-4 working days of dispatch. Pre-Orders are dispatched for delivery on or before release date. We also provide a guaranteed 1 - 4 day delivery service via Couriers for our Consoles .

Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you..

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through the Site, we collect your personal details on a secure server. We use firewalls on our servers. When we collect payment card details electronically, we use encryption by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding. Returns & Replacements
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Ordering
1 - Search for the item you are looking to buy, using the search bar at the top of the website.
2 - When you have found the item you would like, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, which will add the item to your basket. (If you see ‘PRE-ORDER’ or ‘BACK ORDER’ this means the item is not in stock currently. )
3 - Once you have finished shopping click the basket icon and proceed to checkout.
4 - You will have the option to pay using a credit / debit card, Cash on Delivery, or PayPal. Once you have selected how you wish to pay you will be asked to confirm your purchase.
5 - After confirmation of purchase you will be able to find full information on your order in the orders section of your account.
6 - You will also be notified by email when the item has been Shipped.

Downloadable content (DLC)

Some Pre-order titles come with extra downloadable content (DLC). We always update the product description and title to reflect this where applicable. If we do not mention any extra downloadable content in the product description or title then the stock that we are pre-selling may not come with the extra downloadable content.

Viewing Orders
It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your Email and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
